Trust me girl, we got you and we feel you. As we get older and busier our hair and skin suffer. You need to always remember to take care of yourself and take a breather. Stress can also be a major factor in losing your hair and believe me my hair was falling out in chunks! Make sure anything you use has biotin in it as it helps promote hair growth, skin and nails.  It really was a miracle worker for me. Try it but give it a few months and you will see the difference!
